I have a weird issue on the outer brick wall of my business firm. It is a clear substance--completely transparent--that looks like very thin melted plastic adhering in irregular patterns, almost like it was dripped and pooled in random patterns.

At first I idea maybe a small clear piece of plastic had melted on the bricks--only and so more of the stuff showed up after the previous spots had started to fade

. I'k pretty sure no 1 is deliberately doing it in the dark. Then far my best gauge is maybe some kind of pollen or sap is being diddled and splattered occasionally on that wall. Oasis't found it on any other wall. I am really perplexed equally to what it might be. Whatsoever thoughts?
